Youth Development workshops cover youth leadership and soft skill development.

• InstaJob is a workshop series to help youth find, secure, and keep their first job.
• Adulting 101 is a workshop that teaches young adults about financial management, relationship building, communication, and goal setting.

Camp Staff workshops cover a broad range of activities, games, and leadership principles.  This offers multiple applications for program development, conflict resolution, group dynamics, and team building.
