Welcome to Interview Coaching

COACHING EXPECTATIONS

Please complete the following work before your first session:

  • Please review our Coaching Expectations. Many have found it helpful to have a dedicated career notebook readily available. A notebook allows you to write down ideas or assemble a list of tasks to complete following our session. It is not necessary to dress up for the practice; however, you should be prepared to discuss your clothing and webcam background.
  • Download a copy and share the Power Interviewing Workbook with your coach. This will allow you to collaborate along your interview coaching journey and receive feedback from your coach between sessions.

  • Provide a job posting URL to practice interviewing (it can be an expired job posting).
