We love working with coachable clients who want a live, collaborative experience. Although it is a common practice within the industry to complete a brief survey and receive a resume within a few days, it will lack quality, voice, ATS strategy, and proper formatting. Additionally, our service will not be the right fit if you cannot dedicate time to your career goals.


The time required to complete services varies depending on the industry, the level, the client's goals, and personal taste. Live resume writing and coaching require a time commitment from our clients. As a result, this service may not be appropriate for everyone. Below is an average of how long the process will typically take to complete:


  • Signature Plus: 3-7 hours
  • Signature Pro: 5-12 hours
  • Signature Elite: 8-16 hours


Signature services are not completed in a single session.


You will receive an email to book a session. Your coach will confirm the booking and be connected to you via email by the next business day (keep an eye on spam). Most coaches reply within just a few hours. If you haven’t heard from your coach by then, contact hello@professorp.com.


You, it's recommended for those that are looking to shorten the window and complete the service at a faster rate.  You can book a session here.


Rush service is available. However, it will be approved case-by-case as we will not compromise the quality of the work to complete the job quickly. Please note that rush services are not available for all industries. 


We are well-known for our live resume writing services.


Yes, we optimize our resumes for performance in these systems. Your coach will also briefly discuss how an ATS works and how to adapt your resume quickly for each job posting.


No. We cannot share client work with the public (even with contact information removed). We pride ourselves on keeping client documents confidential. Additionally, all project results are unique as it depends on the industry, level, and, most importantly, the goals and personal taste of the client.


Resumes are delivered in two formats: Microsoft Word and PDF. This ensures you receive a versatile document for editing and a fixed-format version for sharing with potential employers, maintaining the document's layout and design integrity. 


This should be communicated with your coach before engaging in a service.

Yes! We proudly offer discounts to the following groups:


  • Active Military and Veterans - We offer special discounts to honor those currently serving or who have served in the military.
  • Families - If more than one family member chooses to use our services, we offer a family discount for additional participants.
  • First Responders - We offer a special rate to show appreciation for the bravery and dedication of first responders, including police officers, firefighters, emergency management professionals, EMTs, and paramedics.
  • Red Cross Volunteers - We offer discounts to active Red Cross volunteers as a thank-you for their service. 
  •  Students & Recent Graduates: Discounts are available for students currently pursuing a post-secondary degree or for recent graduates (within one year of completing their studies) who have not yet earned an associate’s, bachelor’s, or graduate degree. 


Please note: Discounts must be communicated prior to engaging in our services. Unfortunately, we cannot provide refunds or apply discounts retroactively.


Post-Service Options: After we have completed your resume and LinkedIn profile updates, our relationship doesn't need to end there. We offer two main avenues for continued support:

  • Ongoing Job Search Support: This service offers 60 minutes of ongoing career service support. During these sessions, we can cover a variety of topics to aid your job search and career advancement. These topics include but are not limited to, job applications, interview preparation, networking strategies, salary negotiation, and personal branding.
  • Annual Refresh Service: This service provides a 90-minute live session to update your resume or LinkedIn profile. It's a great way to keep your professional documents and online presence up-to-date with your latest achievements and career developments.


Yes, we understand your concerns. Typically, university career services offer support through group presentations and brief one-on-one meetings, which provide a solid foundation. However, these services may not be as comprehensive or personalized as what students and recent graduates might need for their unique career paths. We specialize in providing more in-depth, tailored guidance to meet individual career goals. To support students and recent graduates, we offer discounted rates for a customized version of our Signature Services, designed to give them the competitive edge they need in today's job market. 


In the event of a cancellation request when a package is partially completed, the client is responsible for the hours completed. The hourly rate is $150/hour.


Once the final version of the resume is delivered, we cannot issue a refund.  We have a 5 out of 5 Google Rating and constantly communicate with our clients.  However, should an issue arise at the beginning (first 30 minutes) of your first session, please communicate with your coach to work toward a resolution.


Overdue Payments Policy


If you are having difficulties facilitating payment or disputing any fees payable on an invoice, you must notify us in writing within three (3) days of receipt of the invoice. Accounts not paid within terms are subject to a 6% monthly finance charge. 


There are four notice actions for overdue payments: 

  • Courtesy Reminder Notice - Sent one day after the invoice due date
  • Overdue Notice - Sent ten days after the invoice due date. Notifies the Client that a late payment fee will be added if payment is not received within 30 days of the past invoice due date.
  • Final Warning Notification & Late Payment Fee - Sent 30 days after the invoice due date. It adds a fee to the invoice labeled Late Payment Fee, which is equal to a percentage of the outstanding invoice. 
  • Default Notice - Sent 45 days after the invoice due date. A Default Notice notifies the Client that they defaulted on their Agreement because of non-payment, and the debt owed to ProfessorP Media will be sent to a collection agency, where default and judgment will be sought.


 Appointments are reserved specifically for you. We understand that plans can change, so we ask for at least 48 hours’ notice to reschedule.


Changes made with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $25 fee, as short-notice cancellations prevent us from offering that time to others on our waitlist. Late arrivals will shorten your session and cannot extend beyond the scheduled time.


If a session is affected by circumstances beyond your control—such as power outages or severe weather—we’ll gladly reschedule at no additional cost.

  • Reply to your confirmation email

To reschedule, visit our calendar. Sessions are available in 60-minute, 90-minute, and 2-hour formats. If your preferred session length isn’t visible, it may be fully booked—be sure to check all three options to find the best fit.


Yes, after-hours sessions are sometimes available. Our calendar may not always reflect that availability, so if you’re looking for a time outside of standard hours, please email me directly at hello@professorp.com to coordinate.
